Kerry has been providing London-based sports and remedial massage treatments since 2018. As a former MMA fighter, she understands the physical demands of intense training and competition, as well as the recovery and rehabilitation required to maintain performance. Kerry combines this experience with her qualifications in manual therapy and ongoing studies as a Master’s student in physiotherapy to deliver treatments that help clients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.
Her approach integrates yoga for strength, flexibility, and injury prevention, using targeted movement and body awareness to complement hands-on therapies. Breathwork is incorporated to enhance lung capacity and support sports performance, while meditation promotes nervous system regulation, helping clients manage stress and optimise recovery. Together, these practices support functional movement, resilience, and long-term physical wellbeing.
Kerry stays active through BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), yoga, and calisthenics, maintaining her own mobility, strength, and overall fitness. She also understands the postural strain and discomfort that comes from long hours at a desk and tailors treatments to suit busy schedules. Personalised sessions begin with a thorough consultation to assess needs and create a bespoke plan addressing goals such as pain relief, improved performance, injury recovery, or relaxation.
Her services include sports and remedial massage, deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping therapy, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation), K-taping, face and Indian head massage, assisted stretching, yoga-based movement sessions, breathwork, and meditation. Whether supporting athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or office workers experiencing neck, back, or postural pain, Kerry’s treatments are designed to meet individual needs while promoting long-term strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing.
