Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your session (or have your space ready for a home visit) to allow time for a consultation, bathroom break, or to settle in. For clinic visits, press the buzzer for The Integrity Centre to gain entry.

If you are running late, please send a message to 07951215835 with your estimated arrival time. I will always do my best to accommodate you, but sessions will still need to finish at the scheduled end time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the booking system at least 12 hours in advance. Changes made after this window are not eligible for a refund.
