Lateness, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please be aware that there is a 12 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all bookings made via Kerry Reilly Therapy.

If you do not turn up for your appointment, you will incur the full charge for the appointment and will not be eligible for a refund.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will try to cover as much as possible in the treatment but the session time will not be extended to accommodate for lateness.
