I booked a 30 min session of acupuncture as I had a very stiff neck. Kerry was lovely. We first discussed the symptoms, and then she placed the needle. Right is the tightest point, I could feel the tension melting. She also did an amazing deep tissue massage. The massage was painful as all deep tissue massage, so maybe no ideal if you just want to relax. I could immediately feel the benefit, and the day after my neck is already much better. Thank you.

Lomi Lomi is a very relaxing type of massage. Kerry explained prior to starting how she will also apply more focus around my neck and shoulder area through Lomi Lomi as well. Very happy with results and 60mins is not enough!
