Vitamin B12 can be found in food sources such as meat, fish, eggs and cheese, however if you have do not include these in your diet, you may be deficient in this vitamin. Others who might be deficient include those who have Crohn’s or celiac disease.
Signs that you might be lacking vitamin B12 include fatigue, pale or yellow skin, headaches, depressive symptoms, gastrointestinal issues and brain fog.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant which helps promote healing in the body and is vital for healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage.
